OFFICIAL RULES FOR “Garage Floor Giveaway”

1. Sponsor

The “Garage Floor Giveaway”  is sponsored by Greenway Service Group LLC, located at Deerfield Corporate Centre One 13010 Morris Rd Suite 650 Alpharetta, GA 30004

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older and own a home within 50 miles of the Atlanta metropolitan area at the time of entry.
Employees, independent contractors, officers, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 11/1/2025 and ends at 5 p.m. Eastern Time on 1/1/2026.
Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Giveaway:

(A) Automatic Entry with Qualifying Project

During the Promotion Period, homeowners who sign a project agreement or renovation contract with Greenway Service Group LLC automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway upon contract execution.
Limit one (1) automatic entry per household, regardless of number of projects purchased.

(B) No-Purchase Entry

To enter without making a purchase, print or type your full name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3”x5” card and mail it in an envelope to:

Filling out Greenway’s form on the “Garage Floor Giveaway” page on their website is a valid form of entry. Limit one (1) online form entry per household.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Promotion Period and received no later than five (5) business days thereafter. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per household.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a professional epoxy flake garage floor coating installation on a standard residential garage floor up to 500 square feet in size.
Prize includes all labor and materials necessary to complete the project.
Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $4,500 USD.
If the winner’s garage exceeds 500 square feet, the winner may choose to pay the difference in cost or accept a reduced coverage area.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

A random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its authorized representative on or about 2/1/2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within five (5) business days following the drawing.
The winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. Prize Conditions

• The winner must own a home within, and reside within 50 miles of Atlanta, Georgia.
  
  

• The project must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of notification.
  
  

• Winner agrees to provide reasonable property access for installation and site preparation.
  
  

• Prize installation dates are subject to weather and availability of materials.
  
  

• Winner is responsible for ensuring the work area is cleared and accessible.
  
  

• Sponsor reserves the right to feature photographs or short videos of the finished garage for promotional use (with the winner’s consent).
  
  

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If required by law, the Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the total value of the prize.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Greenway Service Group LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, or nonuse of the prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for technical malfunctions, failures, or delays that may affect entry or the drawing process.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use their name, city, likeness, and photographs for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, acts in violation of these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

12. Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at www.greenwayservicegroup.us
Personal data will be used only for administration of this Promotion and related communications.

14. Winner List

For the name of the winner (available after 1/1/2026 + 30 days), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

15. Miscellaneous

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver.
