This project was like no other, a 1,200 square foot deck rising over a 3’ grade and a water channel behind the manhole cover in their back yard. We installed a built-in sliding cover, matching the stair height to accommodate for anyone needing to access the sewer. To finish it off we built a privacy fence so the homeowners can relax in their yard with peace. No obstacle will deter us from building what you envisioned.
