Open Positions

Cleaner

Our cleaners are responsible for detailed cleaning services for client turnover properties and post-construction/remodel projects. Duties include dust and debris removal, surface sanitation, and ensuring spaces meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation to home owners, sellers, and investors.
Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required

Growth and advancement: Cleaners who demonstrate reliability and strong work ethic have the opportunity to advance into sales/marketing, supervisory, or office roles.

Laborer

We are looking for a laborer who provides hands-on support across a wide range of construction and restoration tasks. Responsibilities include painting, trim installation, carpentry, masonry, flooring, and other duties as assigned. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This is a physically demanding position.
Qualifications:

  • Willingness to perform physical labor in various conditions

  • Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills quickly

  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices (preferred)

  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Growth and advancement: Laborers who excel in skill development and leadership may progress to site management or specialized trade/sales roles within the company.

Site Manager

A site manager oversees and coordinates daily operations on active job sites. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; supervising laborers, maintaining project timelines, ensuring safety and quality standards, and communicating with leadership. While this is a supervisory position, the Site Manager is also expected to contribute directly to physical work alongside the crew.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction, restoration, or a related field

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain project deadlines

  • Willingness to work hands-on alongside team members

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Growth and advancement: Site Managers demonstrating exceptional leadership and project oversight skills may advance into higher-level operations management, sales or company leadership roles.

Office / Administrative Support

Overview: Provides organizational and clerical support to ensure efficient company operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, preparing and managing documentation, assisting with client communications, and supporting coordination between field staff and management. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Prior administrative or office experience preferred

  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Growth and advancement: Administrative staff may progress into office management, operations coordination, or sales/marketing roles as they gain experience and demonstrate leadership.
